Q: How can a solo REALTOR® provide all these quality services AND next-level customer care?
A: First, let me say that even though I'm a solo agent, I don't work alone! My reputable brokerage provides front and back-office staff and I have a team of people that help with specific tasks: professional photographer, cleaner, admin, even a sign installer. A remarkable office team and quality, trusted service providers to complete peripheral aspects of the real estate business, allow me to be present for all core functions of my business, namely listing, negotiating, marketing and selling real estate and all interaction with you, my valued client!
Q: Why is it important to hire a solo agent?
A: In real estate, hiring the same experienced professionals on a listing-by-listing basis is a way more cost-efficient business strategy than paying huge overhead (salaries, benefits, office space, utilities, technology, etc.) for in-house employees who provide similar and sometimes lesser functions. It's an effective method of delivering next-level results, by making the best use of my and my clients’ hard-earned dollars. Better still, it allows me to personally focus on the most important aspect of the business: you, my client. It also avoids confusion and maintains accountability, through a single point-of-contact throughout the extremely important process of dealing with what may be the single most valuable investment most people ever make. You never have to explain and re-explain your story to several different team members before getting answers to your vital questions. When you hire me, you get me, every time ;)
